Personal data processing policy
This policy describes what personal data the Dubler website (Russian and English versions) collects, why, where and for how long it is stored and how you can manage it. It is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
1. Operator
Individual Entrepreneur Elena A. Zateeva, TIN 620900765964, OGRNIP 326620000049471 (the Operator). The person responsible for organising personal data processing is the Operator. Questions about data processing: help@dubler.site, phone +7 (932) 007-01-69.

We don’t collect special categories of personal data or biometrics. Please don’t include unnecessary personal details in the comment.
3. Where the data is stored
All data is recorded and stored on servers in the Russian Federation: a request goes to the website server at a Russian hosting provider and is duplicated to the Operator’s mailbox hosted in Russia. Personal data is not transferred across borders.
Visit data is collected by Yandex Metrica: it is processed by Yandex LLC on its servers on the Operator’s behalf under the service terms of use.
4. Who has access
Only the Operator and people working on the Operator’s instructions who are bound by confidentiality have access to requests. Data is not sold, published or passed to third parties except where the law explicitly requires it.
5. How we protect data
- The site works only over a secure HTTPS connection.
- Requests are stored in a closed section of the server; access is password-protected and password guessing attempts are blocked.
- We keep only what is needed to answer the request and delete it when the period expires.
- Every deletion of a request is recorded in a log.
6. Deletion and withdrawal of consent
Requests that didn’t lead to a contract are deleted automatically after a year. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we stop processing and delete it within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer. Write to help@dubler.site or call +7 (932) 007-01-69.
7. Your rights
You can find out what data of yours we process, demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted, withdraw consent and appeal our actions to Roskomnadzor or a court. We answer requests within 10 business days.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses Yandex Metrica cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. On your first visit the site shows a notice about it. Metrica doesn’t record what you type into the request form. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Metrica with a blocker or the browser extension described in Yandex Help. The theme, language and page version you choose, an entered promo code and the traffic source are stored in your browser; the traffic source is sent to us only together with a request. Service cookies are set only for staff who log in to the site editor.
9. Changes to the policy
The current version is always published on this page; the version date is shown at the top. If we connect web analytics or change how data is processed, the policy will be updated beforehand.
