Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the “I give consent to personal data processing” box and submitting the form on the Dubler website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Individual Entrepreneur Elena A. Zateeva (TIN 620900765964, OGRNIP 326620000049471, the Operator) consent to process my personal data on the terms below.

What data

• contact: phone number or Telegram username;
• preferred call time;
• details I provided in the comment;
• the website address and promo code given in the request and the address of the page it was sent from;
• the traffic source: the site I came from and ad tags (UTM);
• my visitor ID in Yandex Metrica.

Purpose

To contact me, answer the request, assess the site and prepare a commercial offer.

Actions with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation. The data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation and is not passed to third parties or outside Russia.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 1 year from sending the request, or until it is withdrawn.
